Opposite the houses of Scharoun and Behrens there is the Friedrich-Ebert-Wohnhof, which is no longer part of the Weissenhof estate. The coope­rative complex with numerous elements of the New Objectivity consists of a eight-storey tower house, three five-storey residential wings and a two-storey restaurant and hall building.
